- Met up with Melissa to watch Death Race... Great Movie!!
- Enjoy a yummy ice cream treat and an enjoyable chat with melissa..

- Volunteer to help out for the Aviva Ironman with Wen Ting.
Wow! The runners are awesome. The race is tough and yet most of them completed it..
Great Job! N I really respect them.. Especially those in their 50s or 60s.
-Had a great time spending with Wen Ting..
-N somehow I do miss NPOB...... Especially those in my batch.... =(

Mon
-Monday Bluez... Was late for work....
-Went for Track and Field training.. So much better compared to running with SP team for the past few training... At least this time, the coach is there to tell me what's went wrong..
-I've improved.. =) However, Lot's more to Learn...
-Track & Field Family is getting larger... That's a good news.. =)
