Went for ODAC Night cycling on Friday..
Was suffering at the beginning as I did not have enough rest for the past few days...
N i do not know how to adjust the gear...
But manage take a quick 5 min nap and get the hand of the gear..
N thereafter enjoying the journey back to east coast..
First time complete Night cycling.. Cool~
Went home to sleep and off to meet jason, zhan yu and rebz for dinner..
As xiao di is leaving for Taiwan for OB course..

Sunday - Nike Human race..
I enjoy the companion, who is none other than NPOB...
But i hate the route!!!!
I'm fine with down slope, up slope..
I just hate the small, squeezy route that they expect us to run...
so many ppl running at the same time and the running space is so small...
N some of us have no choice but to stop.. as the traffic is not moving at all...
Saw a lot of inconsiderate runners..
If you cannot run, just move to the side..
Why block in the middle when the space is already so small...
ARGH!!!! STUPID...
I dun like this run...
N due to the stopping, my timing is 1hr 17min...
=-=" I could have done better.....
Had our dinner at Subway...
I start to love subway sandwich... Yummy~~
N that's the end of my weekend...
Gonna work again~~
