Alright.. Last week was sort of happening...
I actually indirectly quarrel with my director at MDIS..
Reason? I gonna tell u now.. N u will be standing at my side saying the director CRAZY..
On Wednesday, She ask one of the manager to tell me more about the New project.
When the manager told me, i got the shock of my life..
I'm suppose to call 1000+ ex Mass comm students of MDIS and ask them to do a short survey.

Survey questions:

1) Are u continuing Mass comm in MDIS? If not, which institute and why?
If yes. (put down phone and say bye bye)
If not studying, continue to question 2.

2) Are you working at any related job to mass comm?
If yes, what company and wat position.
If no. (Thank you, bye bye.)

Wat a stupid survey.. MDIS has no intention of promoting the school to these students. MDIS should tell those ex students that if u are working, why not join MDIS for a degree course, if u onli have a diploma? Instead of putting down the phone? And they should ask a marketer that know the courses well to call so that they can answer watever the student ask.

I'm not angry that the survey is stupid BUT you know when's the deadline for this project???
1 AUGUST 2008, FRIDAY!! 8 days to call every 1000+ students. CRAZY!

Of course i'm not gonna do that project. Went over to my manager in charge and told ask him. Is this really admin job? When he tell me it is. I went speechless. It's definitely a TELEMARKERTER Job. What's make him think that it's admin job? This time, i'm really pissed off. I told him that my job scope onli indicate that i only have to do basic admin stuff such as keying details into the system and doing offering letters and confirmation form. My manager decide to talk to the director about the case. While i waited till next day to hear my verdict as i complain when it's nearly off work time.

Next day, my manager told him that i do not have to do the project and concentrate on helping the senior admin. I was surprise and happy that i win the WAR.. haha.. =) Senior admin being "concern", went to manager ask about the new project. He told her that director was very angry and ask HR to called my agency, asking about my job scope. What's was written on my jobscope is: Including any assigned task. Den i was thinking, any assigned task? if u ask me go wash toilet, do director job. Am i suppose to do them? This is being ridiculous la.. Why do she have to squeeze me cos you are just paying me $5.80 per hour?? In the first place, i extend my contract is due to the fact that you need help in admin. Not to pick up the left overs from the marketer. N if give me this project is that i got nth to do, den dun hire me. What's wrong about able to complete tasks quickly? I finish my job, of course i can REST right? One project after another.. N every new project is even more crazy. Sorry.. I'm not gonna keep quiet and take everything..

Haha.. since the director never say anything to me and I'm do not have to call those students.. I was jumping with joy.. Stupid director!!! Hehe... Not for the fact that this is an easy job for me, i will have long go away. I stayed on cos i want a relaxed job so that i do have enough energy to last me throughtout my nite class. N u are the one that need help. Not me. I can always go find another job...
